MIKE FLOOD (MIKE ZERO) Hotfix 20-03-2013

This hot-fix is only for those users wishing to re-invoke the initial suppression of the discharge when flooding occurs. The suppression is activated through inclusion of the key word: "InitialFloodingSuppression= TRUE" in the hydrodynamic option section of the m21 input file.
